Hi, my name is Keaton Gleason, and I’m the CEO and founder of Gleason Capital Inc. I was born and raised right here in Fresno, CA, and I take great pride in giving back to the Central Valley community that helped shape who I am today.
My passion for real estate and entrepreneurship really took off while I was attending Fresno State. During grad school at CSU Fresno, I became a licensed real estate agent, and shortly after earning my Master’s degree, I launched Gleason Capital Inc. While I still assist clients with buying and selling through traditional real estate, my true focus is helping homeowners sell distressed properties off-market.
I created this company with one goal: to provide homeowners with a faster, simpler, and more flexible way to sell their property—without the stress, delays, or uncertainty of the traditional process. Whether you’re navigating financial difficulty, managing an inherited home, or simply ready for a fresh start, our team will be the helping hand you can count on. We take the time to understand each person’s unique situation and work hard to create win-win outcomes that truly make a difference.
